How to Get Started!

Getting started is easy!

  1. Please email me, Kathleen, at the address below and let me know a little about your interest as well as your general fitness level and previous experience with yoga. I am happy to schedule a phone call to discuss any concerns or questions.

  2. Email or snail-mail me your completed waiver form.

  3. Acquire the minimal equipment needed for the class (see class descriptions).

  4. Once I receive your waiver form I will email you the Zoom link for the class.

  5. Let me know when you plan to attend and arrive 10 minutes early to meet and get you set up with a good camera angle for the class.
